The role requires flexibility for shifts across operating hours and the ability to float between hospital locations within a 15-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in call center, customer service, reception, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems and databases.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Veterinary knowledge, medical terminology, or sales experience is a plus.
• Includes some evenings and weekends.

About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and dependable Call Center Representative to welcome to our team.
This role is the first point of contact for our clients. Team members assist with scheduling, answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping guide clients through their pets’ care needs across medical, grooming, and preventative services.
The right candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.
This role requires flexibility in scheduling across our full range of operating hours as well as the ability to float between our hospital locations (all within a 15-mile radius). Schedules vary based on business needs and are not fixed week to week. This position requires consistent availability- not compatible with an in-person school schedule or long-term schedule restrictions.

Compensation & Benefits$1,500 Onboarding Bonus

$500 on first paycheck
$500 after training completion
$500 six months after training
Pay
$16.00–$17.00 per hour
