Qualifications

• Assists veterinarians and technicians in daily tasks.
• Handles and restrains animals during exams and treatments.
• Prepares rooms and supplies for procedures and examinations.
• Supports client services and veterinary staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room for examination and ensure all necessary items are ready.
• Set up fecals, smears, and skin scrapings as allowed by state rules.
• Monitor hospitalized patients and maintain their comfort.
• Clean and sterilize surgical suite and instruments.
• Maintain hospital cleanliness and order as per protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
