Destination Pet is seeking an Assistant Manager for Pet Palace Columbus Airport. You will lead a team, ensure exceptional customer service, and coordinate daily operations to deliver outstanding pet care. This full-time role requires at least 1 year of management experience in hospitality, service, or retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year management experience in hospitality, service and/or retail environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
• Excellent oral presentation, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Supports the mission, vision, culture and policies of Destination Pet.
• Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service and salesmanship.
• Schedules staff for work assignments and manages payroll considerations.
• Oversees center operations and ensures pet safety, security, and comfort.
• Serve as onsite manager when the General Manager is unavailable; address maintenance needs.
