Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical veterinary experience.
• Customer/Client Service experience required.
• Superior/advanced communication skills.
• Possesses a positive work attitude.
• Self-motivated.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and coordinate appointments.
• Facilitate clear communication between pet parents and medical team.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, and process payments.
