Job summary

Kent Worldwide™ is seeking an Associate Brand Manager Intern for Summer 2027 to join our Consumer Brands team in Muscatine, IA. This MBA-level internship offers hands-on experience connecting the full consumer journey with the shopper path to purchase, in-store and online.

You will use data-driven insights to uncover opportunities, improve the customer experience, and drive growth across our pet care brands, with paid housing and a hands-on learning environment.

Qualifications

• MBA candidate in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field.
• Strong interest in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and brand management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-starter with positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passion for pets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Journey mapping and analysis across the litter category.
• Data collection and analysis from store visits and market data.
• Identify consumer insights and generate ideas for product, claims, messaging, etc.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and market research teams.
• Synthesize findings into a compelling strategic story.
• Monitor market and competitive landscape.
• Deliver recommendations across packaging, messaging, digital content and retailer execution.
