The role requires 2+ years in a pet boarding/veterinary setting and 1+ year in supervision, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Competitive compensation and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pet boarding, veterinary, or dog daycare facility.
• 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a team of kennel technicians and daycare attendants.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily feeding, medication administration, exercise routines, and facility cleaning schedules.
• Customer Service: Check pets in/out, handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and manage booking software.
• Safety & Health: Monitor animal behavior and health, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate medical care if needed.
• Inventory Control: Track and order food, cleaning solutions, and facility supplies within budget.
