Job summary

Lodi Veterinary Care, part of AmeriVet Veterinary Partners, is seeking a passionate Boarding Manager to lead our kennel and daycare team, oversee daily operations, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and excellent customer service in a busy facility in Town of Lodi, Wisconsin.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, coordinate medical care when needed, handle inquiries, and ensure strong safety and hygiene standards while delivering peace of mind to pet parents.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a pet boarding, veterinary, or dog daycare facility.
  • 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and basic computer proficiency.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (peak boarding times).
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily feeding, medication administration, exercise routines, and facility cleaning schedules.

  • Safety & Health: Monitor animal behavior and health, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate medical care if needed.
  • Inventory Control: Track and order food, cleaning solutions, and facility supplies within budget.

We are looking for a passionate, organized, and energetic Boarding Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

The Boarding Manager handles the daily operations of our pet boarding and daycare facility. You will lead a team of animal caretakers, ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards, and interact directly with pet parents to deliver peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities
