Gateway Services is hiring an Operational Team Member at our West Coast Pet Memorial facility in Sacramento, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule (10:00 am–6:30 pm) and compensation of $21–$23 per hour DOE. Qualifications

• No prior pet care industry experience required; training provided.
• On-site role with standing, walking and lifting.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment per established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains accurately.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are correct.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups using a company vehicle.
