Job summary

Gateway Services is seeking an Operational Team Member at our West Coast memorial location in Northridge, CA. No prior cremation experience is required; training will be provided. You will join a compassionate team delivering dignified aftercare services to families and veterinary partners.

The role involves operating cremation equipment, processing remains with care, creating memorial keepsakes, and meeting daily production goals in a supportive on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Active on-site role requiring standing, walking and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries using a company vehicle when needed.
