Gateway Services is seeking an Operational Team Member in Gilroy, CA to support compassionate pet aftercare services. This on-site role offers $21.00-25.00 per hour (DOE) and full-time scheduling with an industry-leading benefits package.

No previous industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. You will work with a supportive team to ensure every pet is treated with dignity and care throughout cremation and memorial processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
