Job summary

Gateway Services in Plainfield, IL is hiring a Client Care Specialist to be the first point of contact for veterinary clinics and pet parents. You will guide conversations with empathy, professionalism and care to ensure pets receive dignified treatment and families get needed support.

This on-site, full-time role offers an industry-leading benefits package and a work schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm. Previous customer service experience is helpful, with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinary clinics and pet parents by phone, email and in person.
• Answer questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately enter service requests and special instructions.
• Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure every promise is fulfilled.
• Support pet parent viewings and order pickups when required.
• Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining customer confidence.
• Help create a compassionate experience for every family we serve.
