Description

As a Pest Technician, you won’t be tied to a desk; you’ll be out and about — mobile and independent. You will take the lead in providing routine service to residential and commercial customers on route-based assignments, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each location. You’ll become an expert in applying our company products to safely eliminate pests. Our Techs serve as problem solvers for customers by utilizing our in-depth training program to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's unique needs. Pest Technicians are trained to identify and alert customers of additional service offerings that provide value to the customer, help with sales to current customers, and expand our services to new customers. Pest Technicians display strong communication skills when providing product/service information onsite.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and a history of safe driving
• Ability to pass a background screening and drug test (THC excluded)
• At least 21 years old (for driving a company vehicle)
• Commitment to safety and proper PPE use
• Friendly and dedicated to customer service
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently or as part of a team
• Positive team attitude and willingness to help others

• Wage Range: $19.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience
