A Day In the Life:

As part of our Field Services Technician team, you’ll install and service cutting-edge technology, providing expert-level service. You’ll have opportunities to maximize your earnings by leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers will rely on you to act with honesty and integrity, offering peace of mind.

Who We’re Looking For:

Our technician team comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We invest in our employees through comprehensive training and support. Whether you’re an experienced technician, a sales professional seeking a change, or a motivated, coachable individual, we want to hear from you!

1. Exceptional customer service skills
2. Sales experience — car sales, retail, insurance, B2C, call center
3. Field technician experience — cable, internet, pest control, lawn, construction, solar
4. Clean driving record and valid license
5. Ability to work well independently and in a team

Physical Demands:

1. Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
2. Climb ladders up to 14 feet
3. Work in attics and confined spaces
4. Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

We maintain a strong safety culture. Field technicians will conduct safety analyses of each home to ensure a safe environment for all.
