Job summary

The Shield Co Management, LLC / EcoShield Pest Solutions in Tampa, FL is hiring a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, tailor solutions, and build lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

You will conduct inspections, respond to leads, and generate new opportunities while adhering to laws and company policy.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related sales experience or training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to customers via warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify pests or conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals to obtain contracts.
• Respond to and work sales leads within the branch and proactively generate additional service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions per existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and equipment per Vehicle Policy.
