EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional in the Tampa area to drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, tailor proposals, and build lasting relationships to deliver value.

The role offers an hourly base pay of $15.00 plus commission, with typical earnings between $60,000 and $90,000 per year and opportunities for additional compensation.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related sales experience or training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• State-required pest control training and licensing (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional pest control services to customers through warm leads, cold calls and on-site visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conducive conditions, and present proposals to obtain contracts.
• Respond to and generate additional pest control opportunities while managing existing leads.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in line with laws and company policy.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle in accordance with the Vehicle Policy.
