Job summary

Ryan Lawn & Tree Inc in the Midwest is seeking a Pest Route Manager to deliver pest control solutions for customers' indoor and outdoor spaces. You will support the Lawn and Plant Health Care team and contribute to expanding service offerings while upholding safety and service standards.

The role requires pest control knowledge, licenses (7D, 7E, 3A, 3B), excellent customer service, and a team-first mindset. Starting salary ranges $45,000–$55,000+ with bonus opportunities and strong benefits.

• Ability to obtain and maintain 7D, 7E, 3A, 3B state-issued pesticide licenses.

Responsibilities

• As a Pest Route Manager, you'll work directly with customers to provide solutions that protect their indoor and outdoor living spaces.
• This position will also support the Lawn and Plant Health Care department in helping maintain the health of lawns and landscapes.
