Job summary

Orkin in Indiana is seeking motivated individuals to join a crew of technicians protecting homes and businesses. You’ll inspect and install pest control and home protection systems, and work with teammates to complete tasks on schedule.

No pest control experience is required thanks to our award-winning paid training. Expect competitive pay starting at $20+ per hour, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with metal brake to bend or shape metal components.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete tasks.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
