Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Service Technician (Maintenance) in South Bend, Indiana. You will inspect and install pest and home protection systems as part of a collaborative crew, performing attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.

Qualifications

• Construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and work in attics or crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work with a crew to complete tasks.
• Perform attic/crawlspace services including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
