Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our pest control team in a hands-on role. The position involves inspecting and installing home protection systems, collaborating with technicians, and performing attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation.

No prior pest control experience is required as paid training is provided. Ideal candidates have construction, roofing, or maintenance background, a strong work ethic, and the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Collaborate with a crew of technicians to complete tasks.
• Perform attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Do light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
