Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance preferred.
Must be able to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (training provided).
Must lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics or crawlspaces.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
Light carpentry work.
Communicate clearly with customers.
Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
