Orkin is hiring for an on-site pest protection technician in Appleton, WI. You will inspect and install pest control systems, work with a crew to complete jobs, and perform attic/crawlspace services including encapsulation and insulation.

Role involves light carpentry, clear customer communication, and maintaining equipment with digital reporting. Training provided; pesticide license obtained within 90 days; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Candidates with construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete a job.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
