Job summary

Orkin is hiring pros in Wisconsin to protect homes and businesses from pests. No prior pest control experience required—paid training starts on day one, with opportunities to advance into leadership, sales, or management.

You’ll provide top-tier pest protection, communicate clearly, and engage customers with a professional, safety-conscious approach. Company vehicle, fuel card, and mobile device are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and safely access crawl spaces etc.
• Willing to climb, crawl and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest protection with a customer-focused approach.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside locations; full training provided.
• Explain findings and recommend services to keep customers informed.
• Follow safety protocols while performing treatments and handling equipment.
• Use handheld devices to log findings and document service visits.
