Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a complete pest management program.
4. Serve as a problem solver to decide on the most efficient pest solutions for your customers.
5. Complete all service documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently and manage routes.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations, including:

• Using ladders within weight capacity.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
• Wearing PPE, including respirators when required.
• Working in various weather conditions.
