Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route and become a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a comprehensive pest management program.
4. Serve as a problem solver for your customers to determine the most efficient and effective pest solutions for their needs.
5. Complete all service-related documentation accurately using your provided hand-held device.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided!
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use a ladder within weight capacity safely.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear PPE, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators.
• Work in various weather conditions.
