Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route and become a Pro.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a comprehensive pest management program.
- Serve as a problem solver for your customers to determine the most efficient and effective pest solutions for their needs.
- Complete all service-related documentation accurately using your provided hand-held device.

Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers.
Work Environment
Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
- Use a ladder within weight capacity safely.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Wear PPE, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators.
- Work in various weather conditions.
