Job summary

Orkin Milwaukee is hiring an Orkin Pro to deliver top‑level pest control service on a dedicated route. You’ll start with award-winning training and a company vehicle to take home, plus a gas card on route assignment.

No prior industry experience is required, and you’ll build a career with growth, benefits, and ongoing paid training. You’ll meet customers in homes or businesses, diagnose issues, and provide safe, effective solutions that give peace of mind.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience in the skilled trades or service industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and diagnose issues with Orkin Pro guidance.
• Complete required service-related documentation on a handheld device.
