Orkin is seeking motivated individuals in Wisconsin to join as Orkin Pros on a daily route, delivering top-tier pest protection. Paid training begins from day one, with no prior pest control experience required, and a full benefits package to support you.

You will inspect properties, communicate solutions clearly, and help upsell additional services to keep homes and businesses pest-free. Company vehicle and tools are provided for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on your daily route and provide top-tier pest protection.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues (training provided).
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services to bring peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.
