Job summary

Orkin is hiring in Milwaukee, WI for an entry-level Pro who will deliver pest control services on a designated route. You will start with award-winning training and a company vehicle with a gas card. No prior experience is required, and a pesticide license can be obtained within 90 days, with company support.

You will learn daily routing, perform inspections, and provide solutions to customers in homes and businesses. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience in the skilled trades or service industries is a plus.
• Experience in a professional driving or route management role is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device.
