Fikes is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join the Sound Pest team in Washington. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and support across homes and businesses.

The role covers inspections, pest management, and education for clients, with routes in the Puget Sound area and a home office in Federal Way, WA. Compensation ranges from $27–$30 per hour plus commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and professional interaction with clients.
• Must pass Drug and Background Screens.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify pest-related issues.
• Develop and implement effective pest management strategies tailored to each situation.
• Apply safe and appropriate treatment methods to eliminate pests while ensuring the safety of occupants and pets.
• Educate clients on prevention measures and post-treatment guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, treatments, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize pest control techniques and strategies.
• Service established routes in the Puget Sound.
