Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Tukwila, WA is hiring a Service Technician to deliver proactive pest control during scheduled maintenance by inspecting for activity, applying approved treatments, and building lasting customer relationships.

You will follow safety guidelines and PPE, keep accurate service records, coordinate with the office, and ensure high quality service. Base pay is $21.65 per hour, with additional earning opportunities based on sales; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain 3+ years of driving history.
State‑required pest control training/licensing provided.

Responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
