As an Orkin Pro you’ll provide pest protection, follow safety protocols, and log findings with handheld devices. Average first-year earnings range from $50,000 to $60,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Wear PPE including respirator as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection and excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses; full training provided.
• Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services to customers.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting services and handling equipment.
• Use handheld devices to log findings and complete service reports.
