You will learn to diagnose issues, perform treatments, and communicate actions taken to customers, ensuring peace of mind for homes and businesses. No prior pest control experience is required to start a rewarding career with Orkin.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills needed to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of vehicle/equipment.
• Communicate with customers to explain actions and provide peace of mind.
• Inspect interiors/exteriors of properties and identify pest-related issues.
• Document service activities accurately on handheld device.
