Orkin is seeking motivated professionals to join our team as an Orkin Pro, delivering safe, effective pest protection for homes and businesses on a designated service route. Qualifications

• No industry experience required; training provided.
• Must obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently on route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and learn how to do so safely.
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device for speed and accuracy.
