Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management, conducting inspections and applying treatments while communicating solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills — able to follow product labels.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and how to reduce future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist with sales to existing customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good condition.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal pest control regulations and safety protocols.
