Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management services, conduct inspections, identify pest types, and apply treatments while following safety regulations. You will communicate with clients about pest control solutions and provide preventative guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Licenses/certificates as required by local regulations (provided by us).
• Able to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to learn pest control across areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify signs of pest infestations on client properties.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, safely.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and reducing future risks.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales lead generation.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and functioning.
