Rentokil North America is hiring Pest Control Technicians to perform residential pest management, inspections, and customer guidance. You will apply treatments, explain prevention methods, and ensure safety standards on every job.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and willingness to learn regulatory requirements. This role involves fieldwork, driving company vehicles, and customer-facing duties across our service areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; related experience or training accepted.
• Possess a valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Licenses or certificates as required by regulations (provided by us).

Responsibilities

• Inspect client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, following safety standards.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and how to reduce future risks.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist with sales.
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure proper operation and stock.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations on pest control products and safety.
