Job summary

Pointe Pest Control in West Chicago, IL is seeking a full-time Pest Control Service Technician with a valid IDPH license to provide pest remediation and prevention for residential and commercial properties. You will operate a route, apply pesticides safely, and discuss service scope with customers.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, base hourly pay plus commissions, a company vehicle, uniforms, and ongoing training for growth within PestCo’s family of companies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in verbal, written and in-person form.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest remediation and prevention solutions to residential or commercial structures.
• Manage day-to-day operation of a pest control route and apply pesticides per schedule and label instructions.
• Discuss scope of service with customers and assist in sales.
• Maintain equipment, vehicle, and paperwork in good order.
• Complete appointments on time and follow company policies and local regulations.
