PestCo is hiring a Pest Control Technician in Pasco, WA. This full-time role involves servicing residential and commercial customers, providing pest control solutions, and adhering to safety and company policies.

A valid license is preferred, with a sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates. The position requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as necessary.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest control experience or license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and maintenance.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time per company policies and local regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solutions.
• Use safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain appearance and equipment including vehicle, uniform, PPE, paperwork and literature.
