Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage a mosquito service route and become a Pro.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a complete pest management program.
• Serve as a problem solver to decide on the most efficient pest solutions for each customer.
• Complete all service-related documentation using your hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

• No experience required — we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely:

• Use a ladder within weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
• Wear PPE, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators.
• Work in various weather conditions.
