Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage a mosquito service route and become a Pro.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe customer visits.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet their pest management needs.
• Serve as a problem solver for your customers to decide on the most efficient pest solutions.
• Complete all service-related documentation using your hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage routes.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and safely perform duties, including:

• Using ladders within weight capacity.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wearing PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
• Working in various weather conditions.
