Qualifications

• No industry experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide protection and service on a designated service route.
• Complete award-winning training to learn required skills and knowledge.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and ensure timely, safe arrival at each customer location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it and equipment clean.
• Explain actions taken and ensure customer satisfaction; discuss additional services.
