Qualifications

• 21+ (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn and obtain necessary licenses
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening process relevant to the duties of the position, in accordance with applicable laws

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training to become licensed and skilled in pest control.
• Follow a route within an assigned territory to ensure on-time service.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors to diagnose pest issues.
• Apply pest control treatments safely per label instructions.
• Build trust through clear communication and customer service.
• Explain treatment plans and preventive steps to customers.
• Maintain records using a handheld device.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it clean.
