Responsibilities

• Complete our paid training program to become licensed and skilled in pest management
• Follow a route within an assigned territory; ensure on-time arrival and professional service
• Inspect interiors/exteriors to diagnose pest issues and learn procedures
• Apply pest control treatments safely according to label instructions
• Build trust through excellent communication and customer service
• Explain treatment plans, recommendations, and preventative steps to customers
• Maintain accurate records using a company handheld device
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
