Qualifications

• 21+ (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening process relevant to the duties of the position, in accordance with applicable laws

Responsibilities

• Complete our paid training program to become licensed and skilled in pest management
• Follow a route within an assigned territory; ensure on-time arrival and professional service
• Inspect interiors/exteriors to diagnose pest issues
• Apply pest control treatments safely according to label instructions
• Build trust through excellent communication and customer service
• Explain treatment plans, recommendations, and preventative steps to customers
• Maintain accurate records using a company provided handheld device
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of vehicle & equipment
• Work independently while representing Fox’s core values
