Job summary

Clark's Termite & Pest Control, an Anticimex company, is seeking motivated individuals to join our pest control team as Technicians. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training and opportunities for growth in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

You will inspect properties, implement pest management plans, educate customers, and travel within our service area while delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with clients and communities we serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Experience in pest control, skilled trades, maintenance, field service, construction, or other hands-on customer service roles preferred.
• Experience using computers and smartphones; good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain necessary pest control certifications and licenses if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest concerns.
• Execute specialized pest management treatment plans.
• Educate customers on treatment plans and best practices.
• Travel to customer appointments within the service area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication.
