Job summary

Clark's Termite & Pest Control, an Anticimex company, is seeking motivated individuals to join our pest control team as Technicians. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training and a path to growth within a safety-first environment.

As a Pest Control Technician, you will inspect homes and businesses, execute treatment plans, educate customers, travel within your service area, and deliver outstanding service while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Experience in pest control, trades, maintenance, field service, or related hands-on roles preferred.
• Willingness to obtain pest control certifications/licenses if not already held.
• Experience with computers and smartphones.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest concerns.
• Execute pest management treatment plans.
• Recommend preventative solutions to help customers avoid future issues.
• Travel to customer appointments within your service area.
• Educate customers on treatment plans and best practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication.
