The role involves inspecting residences, identifying issues, and implementing tailored pest management plans. Employees will use a range of treatments and exclusion methods, educate customers on prevention, and document service activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma OR GED AND Minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience required due to insurance standards, must be at least 21 years of age to meet company vehicle and insurance requirements, AND a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential properties to identify pest infestations, entry points, and conducive conditions.
• Create pest management plans tailored to each client and ensure effective treatment and prevention strategies.
• Utilize pest control treatments, traps, and exclusion techniques to solve problems, while educating clients on prevention.
