HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is hiring a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to service homeowners along a regular route. You will present a professional appearance, diagnose pest issues, and offer additional services as needed.

The role requires maintaining your pest control license, attending seminars, and submitting accurate tickets. Saturday work may be required to complete routing for the week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with applicable state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including the company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week's route.
