Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a Pest Control Technician to service homeowners on your route, presenting a professional appearance with company truck and uniform. You will diagnose pest issues and offer additional services as needed while maintaining your license, attending seminars, and submitting accurate tickets to the office.

You’ll work independently with a focus on customer satisfaction, with occasional Saturday shifts to complete the route.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including vehicle, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services as needed.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars to stay sharp.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.
