Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC in Kyle, TX is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to run a daily route, resolve customer pest concerns, and maintain equipment to ensure safe and effective treatments. You will follow state and federal laws while applying pesticides and supporting customers with tailored solutions.

No prior experience is required—we train you. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and passing background check are required; company vehicle and iPhone are provided,

Qualifications

• No experience required; company will train you.
• A valid US driver’s license (minimum 3 years) is required.
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years).
• Drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers and tailor pest solutions.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides and manage usage.
