Job summary

Aptive Environmental is seeking a Pest Control Technician to service customers in the Round Rock area. This full-time role involves driving a company vehicle, performing pest control treatments, and maintaining accurate service records. You will operate with a team and report to the Austin office weekly.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position offers overtime, a company vehicle, benefits, and a path for advancement in a growing company.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• US driver’s license valid for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in past year and no more than 2 in past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides in compliance with laws.
• Serve as subject matter expert for pest solutions for each customer.
• Maintain and service all route customers per standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides and route supplies.
• Carry a 50 lb backpack during work.
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday.
